Grayson Perry

You should 100% watch a Grayson Perry documentary. 

I don’t want to spoil the documentary but the outline is that Perry follows four completely different peoples lives for a short while and in the end constructs a piece of art work that he thinks portrays that particular person. All of the four people, although completely different, are at a cross road of confusion with their life and Perry looks deeper into their issues. 

To begin with he shadows the persons life, asks questions and gains primary research. He then creates the big idea in his head of what art work could represent each individual. He then uses all of his previous research about the person and begins to sketch the individual whilst they sit in front of him telling him more information about themselves and their paths in life. The big execution is the final piece of art at the end of the documentary that he believes reflects the individual.
