From a young age I can remember always wanting to watch their films or read their books over and over again, during my tomboy stage 'Switching Goals' was an all time favourite.
During one of my university seminars we were looking into fashion icons of the 1920's and were asked at the end to think of our own personal fashion icons and I immediately thought the Olsen twins, predominantly Mary-Kate.
Here are a few fun facts about Mary-kate and Ashley that you probably didn't know until now:
1. They already have dentures - due to them losing their teeth at different rates they had to be fitted with fake teeth for a character.
2. The twins became the youngest Hollywood producers aged 6.
3. In 2005 they sold a Manhattan penthouse apartment for $7.3 Million - that they had never lived in.
4. Mary-Kate and Ashley were the first twins to share a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
5. They created their fashion line 'The Row' in response to the question 'How could we make a perfect T-shirt in a great fabric that would fit any age'.
