My supposed 'Freshers Week' turned out to be working full time in Recruitment alongside running to my enrolment lectures. Unfortunately I couldn't make many events as I didn't officially turn part-time in my job until this week - as well as this I am commuting and so my first week of university probably felt like a 3rd year student's first week back at university.
However I have made a few friends 1 week into the course and I can already tell that this course is 100% for me which I am so glad about!!
Ever since I was young I would always say 'I just want to work within a magazine company' and to this day it is still true. I studied English Literature at A level and I never thought of it as 'coursework' I loved to go home and write - which is why I hope to work in journalism and fashion.
So yes - my first week wasn't the typical students first week but I am excited to see what the next 3 years will bring (NEW YORK Year 1)!!! but for now I have to go and attend to my sisters 6 week old puppy.
